I've been wanting this skirt forever. I shouldn't have passed on the initial release but I did and then it was gone. Luckily for me, my friend did a massive blackmilk clear out and now I have it. It's flowy and light but I wanted some extra oomph so I put a crinoline an voila. I think it gives the skirt a kind of flare as if I'm going out dancing.
