So I was on a literal hunt for this skirt. Finally I found it for a decent price and snatched it right up. I realized when putting this look together that this skirt isn't long enough on me to properly wear heels. At the time I forgot about my flat sandals that I'm thinking would've match very well so after this picture I decided to go barefoot which works quite nicely if I do say so myself. The necklace does not have a significant meaning(I asked) but it is handmade American Indian or Native American necklace that I bought at a pow wow or festival.
